Life Lessons from the Marathon

Typically, any endeavor in life worth doing involves an “uphill climb.” And some running against the wind, and maybe even a few blisters. When these obstacles to success are perceived as opportunities for learning, they can provide valuable life-long lessons for living well. Lessons from the Marathon looks at the path an average runner took to accomplish one of the biggest challenges any runner undertakes, the 26.2 mile marathon. Through stories of the training process, the big event, and post recovery, you’ll be inspired to adjust your mental perspective and learn how to face any challenge life may through at you, head on.
