Mr. Peterson has coached corporate executives for over 25 years and is experienced in the identification and delivery of enterprise-wide business, technology and organizational solutions. Prior to joining Coeur Group, Mark was Vice President for META Group's Enterprise Strategies Practice, encompassing Enterprise Strategies for IT, Architecture, Human Capital Management and Enterprise Portfolio Management. He has developed a number of methodologies and consulting frameworks for Value Performance Strategies for maximizing investment returns on technology and business asset investments.
Mr. Peterson is recognized for his leadership in large client projects in Enterprise Architecture, IT investment strategies and developing organizational governance structures.
Mark has significant experience in private and public sector organizations over the past 30 years as a technology practitioner and business executive. Mark currently provides executive coaching on corporate consolidations, organizational development and technology investment programs.
