Mr. Losciale is President and co-owner of Premier Knowledge Solutions, a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner with competencies in Learning Solutions, Info Worker Deployment and Small Business Specialists. He is committed to improving St. Louis as a strong regional IT presence.

Richard is a Phi Beta Kappa and lives in Chesterfield with his wife and two children.
