Fred plans to talk about:
How to Pull Ahead of the Competition Using the EthicalFactorTM
If a business or organization continues to do what it has always done, it will get what it has always gotten. In order to pull ahead of the competition, it either has to further differentiate its products or services and/or further differentiate its selling process. Fred's presentation will provide insights on how to do both by conveying more of the EthicalFactorTM (Trust, Credibility and Partnership) than your competition.
